What the signup saves
When you sign up, this site stores your first name, email address, mobile number, chosen growth area, consent choices, the time you opt in to updates, and signup time in the site’s database. These details create a record of your participation and whether you requested coaching updates by email or text. A mobile number is required to sign up. Providing it does not by itself give permission for marketing texts. Clerk verifies your email with a one-time code before your portal opens. Your Clerk account ID links your signup and saved progress.
Your account and reflections
Clerk processes your email address and sign-in information to send verification codes and manage your session. We do not collect a password. See Clerk’s privacy policy. Your signup form is held temporarily in this browser tab while you verify your email. It is cleared when you complete signup or expires from the signup flow after 30 minutes.
When you save a reflection or mark a day complete, the site stores that progress in its database under your account. This lets you resume on another device. Other clients cannot view your progress. Mike and his authorized website administrators may access stored records to operate and support the challenge. Avoid including sensitive health, financial, or other private details. This challenge is coaching, not therapy or crisis support.
Use “Save reflection” to keep changes. Signing out ends access on this device; it does not delete your account or saved work. “Reset my progress” clears the current saved reflections and completion status from your account. Earlier browser-only reflections are not automatically uploaded.
Email and text preferences
Email updates and text updates have separate optional checkboxes. The homepage signup form starts with these boxes checked; you can uncheck either before continuing. Your selections carry over when you verify your email. Neither is required to take the challenge. Your number is not verified at this stage. Clerk sends the email codes needed for sign-in. Text-code login and automated marketing messages are not connected. Email login does not subscribe you to marketing. You can withdraw an updates request or ask about your signup information by emailing Mindfulmandate@Coachmike.org.
Signup exports
Mike and his authorized team may export signup records to a private Google Sheet to manage the challenge and contact preferences. Email and text opt-ins remain separate in those records. Contact details are not published on this site.
Hosting and external links
The site uses hosting infrastructure to serve pages and store signup records. The site itself does not add advertising trackers. Links to Instagram and Calendly take you to separate services with their own privacy practices.
Questions or removal requests
Contact Mindfulmandate@Coachmike.org about access to or removal of your signup information. To clear your currently saved challenge reflections, use the reset control in your portal. Contact Mike to request removal of your account and signup records.
